A small update:

There are now 4 admins and 1 webmaster (being VecTrex) and together we're discussing options etc. behind the scenes.
All emails to LFS News will be forwarded to me (at least, not sure about the others) and for the time being there shouldn't be any delays to me reacting to them.

Please let your fellow racers know that LFS News will, hopefully, be back soon!

Somebody must have mentioned this before, but I think it will be appreciated that I didn't start a new topic for this, but:

If it was up to me I would make admins choose the layout themselves. That way it can be an unpredictable race with no chance for practicing 100%. That could result in more exciting races.

I do understand how some people could find computer games geeky, but I disagree when it comes to LFS.
A friend of mine plays WoW in his free time and can go on and on about it and he knows people irl who he can talk to about it. (Sometimes I'll be a friend and just listen to him )
For me it's more difficult, because none of my rl friends are into cars or LFS as much as I am. I can talk endlessly about either of the two, but nobody can follow me or give me a good conversation about these things.
I now know plenty of people on LFS and like talking to them, driving with them etc., but it doesn't feel right having 1/3 of your msn contacts under LFS Group...

I think you're mistaken there. I'm on a U20 server right now and the same problem has occured. I've also got U20 installed, btw. The server I'm on does have an In-Sim app running. Could that still be an option for causing it?

Hi, would like to start by saying thanks!
It's great, however:
I've set it all up just so, but would like the script to swap clutch and brake around. What I mean is that when clutch has an axis asigned to it, I want the brake to be a button and vice versa.
How do I reconfig the script to do so? Simply typing button 5 brake under axis 2 clutch doesn't work!

So what's the solution? I've been having the same problem on a few servers. Probably both running In-Sim. Can't say 100% sure. Don't know enough about all this, tbh.
Hope somebody helps me. Scawen told me to read this, but for solving this I'm none the wiser.
